Will 17x7 +38 fit on a 2002 P5?

I found some real nice enkeis on craigslist and was wondering if they will fit my P5. They are 17x7, +38 offset with 215/45's. I'm dropped 1" and have my fenders rolled. Will I have any rubbing issues?

no, that will fit easy. im running 17x7.5 +45 with 215's and am lowered around 3-4 inches. fenders rolled with a little camber adjustment and i have no issues.
