Will 16" RX-8 wheels fit a MS3??

I found a set of 16" wheels from a 2007 RX-8 online. Will theyt fit on my 08 MS3???

just wondering, why do you want to go with 16's? Winter tires?

i live in MA so it snows here quite a bit. so i need snow tires. i've read on here several times that no one suggests using the stock tires for the winter. the dealer even told me that. i'm looking at 16" rims and tires because it costs less then if i bought 18" winter tires.

I did some looking around and the 16" RX-7 wheels fit.

What is the offset and width? I wanna say the offset is +50 and the width is 6.5 but not 100% sure.

If they are 7" wide then they should fit no problems as I sold my Tribute wheels (16x7 +45 offset) to a member with an MS3 and they just cleared the calipers.

no i was not the winner.
i was watching this and put ot up here to get some info before i bid.
i ended up with a set of 16" blizzaks and i bought a set of mazda 3 16" wheels from a member on here.

The base model has the 16"s. You get the 18"s with the optional packages.

Even going with Mazda 3 OEM 17", you have a lot of options for winter tires. That's the route I went.

i ended up with mazda 3 16"s. i ended up wit the tires first so i had to get wheels to fit.
