A couple weeks ago my power steering was making noise. Turned out i was low on fluid so i filled it to proper level using a baster to remove excess so now i'm good there. Every once in a while i get a strange sqeeky noise when i turn the wheel. Its intermitent and only happens at the beginning of turn, not through out. Also when i go over bumps i hear the squeek, sounds like it might be the suspension maybe but im not sure though. I tried pushing down a bunch of time on the car but was only able to duplicate it once and then it went away. Maybe i hit a few too many pot holes in the city who knows.
Any ideas. No warranty so it's my problem now just hope its not a big issue

I had a 2000 Nissan Sentra that had a defective control arm bushing from the factory. The squeaking nearly drove me nuts. It went away when driven in the rain, and came back 2 days later every time.

Nissan replaced the bushing and it never happened again. Yours may need to be lubricated, or replaced if it's torn like mine.
