who's the winner.....Scion TC or MSP.

Hi, I was just wondering guys,,,,I have a friend who has a 2006 Scion TC and wants to race my MSP.....From what you guys think....Which one is faster in the 1/4 mile........His car and mine are pretty much stock....

are you sure, because it sounds like those scions are pretty quick too... Not fast though.....I never test drove one yet but that's what I heard....

race him and then youll find out. If you are stock don't race him with a heatsoaked intercooler. Wait till your car is cold and race him after it warms up so it's your cars first run.

They are quick and u already kno, it's a question of if ur actually gonna race him now.

160 stock compared to ur 170. Not sure on the TC's torque #'s though.

you will murder him. well, maybe not murder him but you should have a definete advantage in every performance category (hp, tq, weight, cornering, etc)

you will win for sure. i work at a toyota dealer and i raced the tech doin a pdi run on a tc where u are supposed to beat the snot out of a new car (great job) and i pulled slightly in every gear up to a little over 100 when we stopped (first)

just make sure your car is cool when you race heatsoaked intercooler = disappointment good luck you should definetly beat it

the msp would definitely win... i raced my friend in his msp wit an injen cai with my stock tc and i lost big time... he said he had a leak somewhere and he is pushing more than stock boost... the torque on the tc is 160 but it is pretty heavy... so ill say you'll beat him.
