The research axles went out today. They will receive them on Thursday, and I hope to hear from Frank on Friday on an estimated time for final product.

Frank called me and said he will have to make them, nothing on the shelves that he can use. Will probally take 2-3 weeks. I will post again when I know something new.

I need someone with a Mazdaspeed to take out an axle to count the splines on the tranny and wheel side so we can confirm if they will fit or not.

$699 should be the normal price, but I am going to see if Frank can cut us a deal on a one time initial buy.

I'd like to but I am also really in need of an LSD and with the quafi being retardly expensive the MSP one is about the oply option.

I just read another thread that states the stock P5 axles will work with the mazdaspeed LSD, so, these beefier axles WILL work with the LSD's. I will email Frank and let him know since he was asking today what cars these axles would fit. I told him 99-03 Protege Sedan and 02-03 Protege 5. Guess I should tell him 2001 MP3 also.

MP3 yes, but that has to be the same as the sedan. The cars were only converted at port. Its that damn LSD I don't know about if I add it to the MP3.

Well I read that Pro5 (dave) installed the LSD in his P5 using the P5 axles, so it shouldn't be any different for the MP3.
