Who took their 2006-2007 Mazda5's in to get the suspension fixed?

Took mine in. It stopped for about a week. Then it got REALLY cold and crunched a bit. It's still quieter than before. If it's above freezing, I don't hear or feel any crunching or clunking as was not the cae before.

I have suspension mod plans for the future anyway.

Took the car in today and got the front and rear bushings replaced. The rep said they used the 4th generation of these bushings....Hope Mazda got it right this time. The car feels great with the new bushings though.
I've gotten to accept the crunching when it's below freezing outside, but being as my 07 is coming up on 36k soon, might as well take it in to get lubed up for free once more, if nothing else. I actually was going to post asking if they got new bushings to try out, so you answered my question :)

however as xtrememps said, I'm not betting the farm on it, I expect it to come back every winter. what's really needed are greasable bushing setups so the sway bar assembly doesn't need taken apart just to lube up. I suspect giving a shot of white lithium grease around the edges of the bushings would help a bit, but not nearly as good as actually getting inside there. I guess I don't understand why most manufacturers can get this right, but Mazda can't.

Ultimately, I don't care about the sound because it's gone after a few minutes of friction warming. My real concern is the recurring loss of lube causing premature wear on the part itself. (...that's what she said!)

I took my car in this past monday and got the front bushings replaced. So far so good. I dropped my car off in the morning and was given a loaner for the day (Mazda3). Picked up my car at 530pm same day.

No sway bar bushing noise for me (crosses fingers). I know what you're all taking about, as my 2000 Protege had this problem and the dealership had to lubricate them.

ahhhh, after 2 years, a quiet Mazda 5. Man what a difference. I thought I was ok with the noise from time to time especially since it was mostly just when it was really cold. But as I drove from the dealer it was a noticeable and welcomed difference.

they replaced front and rear sway bar bushings per the TSB and also replaced the front control arms. All under warranty.
