well after googlin' the add on the billboard for the right lane, mccormack racing. their webisite pulled up and showed them based out of Michigan. So I would assume it would be someone from MI, but i could be wrong

edit* also the ad on the left lane billboard, is for varsity ford who is located in ann arbor michigan
