Who has seen my new MS6?

I have been waiting for my black-on-black MS6 to arrive here in Ottawa for over 1 f___in' year now and I was beginning to get tired of waiting for the damn thing. To make matters worse, Mazda Canada Credit phoned me last Friday and said that I had to have my wife's 2000 Protege, for which the MS6 is a replacement, back that same day because they couldn't offer me any further lease extensions without a definitive delivery date for my MS6. So not only was my new car NOT here, NO ONE knew when it would arrive here, AND they were going to take our 2nd car back and leave us without transportation indefinitely for my wife.

Enough of that s***. I went to Volvo to check out the V50 wagon and Subaru to check (again....as I had cancelled my order on a Legacy GT to order the MS6) out the Legacy GT. We decided over the weekend that the V50 was the way to go. Have the Volvo dealer sourcing one with my options right now.

However, now there have been a few posts by people in the know that the Canadian MS6's have arrived and are making their way across the country. Apparently, mine is in the Eastern Canada Storage Compound for Mazda. It has been spotted by two forum members.

I am wondering who else has seen my baby and can tell me where I can find it? I am becoming very concerned. I want to know when my baby will be coming home to see me. She's been on a very long journey and she must be tired. All she needs is some love and some lead-footed affection. I promise that I'll take care of her. I'll even cancel the V50 order if she gets here soon. Bah, I didn't even like the V50 anyway.

Please, if you have seen by black-on-black MS6 beauty please post your sightings here so that I can know where she is and be assured that she is safe. I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to her before I should get to her. I appeal to your sentimental side.

Please help a brother out.....

I haven't actually seen your car. I'm in western Canada. I have connections high up at Mazda and they have been tracking your car for me. It is showing in the system as being unloaded off the train into the Ontario storage compound. Its supposed to arrive at the dealer 3-5 days after that happens. I can't remember the exact location of that compound, I'll try and find out. You're the only Canadian on the boards who has one purchased so I'm having fun tracking it for you.

Its a CP rail compound called Hansens yard. Located in the Agincourt/Markham area. Should be 20 or 30 MS6's sitting there(only 1 black one for Bank ST.). Are you close enough to go for a look?

Talked to my dealer this evening. They are expecting it any day now. Since I have to have my wife's Protege back tomorrow and I have been waiting for this car for only a year now, Mazda Canada Credit has agreed to provide me with a rental car free of charge until my car arrives. Pretty decent...and I am appreciative, although I figure that Mazda dealership, and Mazda Canada Credit, AND Mazda Japan should get their s*** together so that this kind of thing didn't happen in the first place. Maybe I just don't know enough about the car industry...?

Wish I was brother, but no such luck. I'm about 3.5 hrs away....although I could always have my sister drive by. She works about 15 mins away.

They are all assigned to various Ontario Dealers already. Most of them are probably already sold like yours, but there could be a few available. Another ship has arrived at port in Vancouver there should be a few on there that aren't already sold. No dealer in Canada is getting allotted anymore than 4 MS6's. Some of the smaller Eastern dealers aren't getting any. I believe all the western dealers are getting at least one. My local dealer has 4 coming, should be here any day now.
