nope, since apex's exhaust is catback only, you'll be fine with the stock mounts. you may want to look into some kartboy exhaust hangers to keep the exhaust from moving around too much.
apex's midpipe comes with a flex section iirc. so you should be ok without the mounts. to err on the safe side though, you might as well replace them, even if it is just the front one.
