Which weighted-shift-knob?

Looking for "experienced" opinions regarding your favourite weighted-shift-knob. My car is particularly "stiff / chunky" shifting from 1st into 2nd & downshifting from 3rd into 2nd.

I'm trying to measure . . .

• Effectiveness;

• Appearance;

• Price & availability;

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I have the E4 performance shift knob coupled with the JBR short shift plate and it is an awesome combo. Short and smooth shifts.

Although I was kinda hoping for a few more responses . . . I thank you for your advice.

I ordered mine last night & have already received the "shipped" notice from James. Looking forward to getting it installed.

BTW . . . just curious . . . did you do the "fine-tuning" procedure on your linkage, after installing the plate?

No problem. You will definately like it. I did not do the fine tuning procedure as I didn't feel it was necessary.

I have the E4 knob and JBARONE SSP combo, too, and I love it. Perfect weight for the knob.
