Sundown Audio IMO are the best sounding sub for the price. They put out unbelievable products and relaly good prices. I'm going to be running SA10's in my Speed. Otherwise, they have a pretty decent line up of subs, from base to comp.
I've got a mate running DC as well, which are pretty insane. Both SPL and SQ.
Up to you but as he said, remember "you get what you pay for" that goes for everything, Subs, amps, everything.
