The dealership is Ingram Park Mazda in San Antonio, TX
The dealer said they orderd me a new knob but it could take months until I get because they are on backorder. I am so pisssed!! I called Mazda USA today and the Regional Sales Manager today.
My sterring wheel is still crooked and the alignment is messed up. They do not want to do anything beacuse they said it is OK and they problem is the roads. What a BS!!! What do I do now?
