which plugs?

I am now using an Cobb AP and am switching between stage 1 and 2 maps for various mods. Question is this,

Should I switch to the IK22 plugs as recommended or use a new set of NGK BKR7E that I have already?

the NGK are at least 1 step if not 2 steps colder heat range than stock.

Your thoughts? any risks?

TIA

get denso 1 step colder. they are pre-gapped. ngk's suck because the gap is so far off.

i have the NGK Iridium IX and love them. You do have to re-gap em but it's not as treacherous as people make it out be, just don't touch the iridium tip when gapping and that is not hard to avoid unless you have no motor skills.

the problem with NGK is you have to gap them to much to get them to stock gap and its really outside of the gap range.
