I have a TurboXS FMIC and a fujita CAI, but the fujita is touching my hot side pipe. I was looking at the protege garage SRI but wasnt sure if it would fit or not. I e-mailed protege garage a couple of days ago and I still didn't get a response.

I believe that TurboXS's CAI is designed to work with their FMIC. But that observation comes only from looking at their website. If it is the same quality as their other products it should be very nice and as effective as any other on the market.

I'd go with the PG. An intake is an intake. As long as it has an air straightener.

Wrong! Inside diameter plays a big role on the mazda. The pg intake is a good choice though. I know it dynoed 22whp on my car before and after on the dyno. The turbo xs is also a power producing product. It made 15whp more than the fugita intake on the dyno also. So intakes arent created equal. Do some research and find whats best for you. I like the pg full intake. Comes with turbo inlet and maf housing all in one for a very very good price. Good luck.

So the PG intake would fit with my turboXS FMIC? I don't want the cobb intake because its on backorder forever, and they dont have the corksport intake on protegegarage. I would rather buy from protegegarage than any other vendor.

if you don't have an inlet yet, corksport truly is the way to go...I got mine when I had my CX7 and before corksport decided to go all 'fancy' and cool with anodized colors and whatnot.... i'm jealous....

anyways I've had 0 issues for over 25,000--no CELs, anything! and on two different mazdas to boot!
