Is the 10-12hp gain listed on OBX's site ligitimate? Or will you need to finish off the exhaust for that and add an intake and all that other b.s.

Its funny how everybody got a header and no pictures on their website. Except the Japanese companies

No kidding...I'm not going to buy anything w/o a picture.

Skiha,

is that a picture of your AutoEXE headers?

If so, did you have to do anything to make them fit/work properly? (ie. O2 simulators or extra pipe mods)

Or is it a straight bolt on?

Most of the headers on that list aren't even available. The only ones that are available are probably the AutoEXE, MazdaSpeed, and Bosal (which isn't a direct bolt-on). For some reason so many places claim to have one, but they are either out of stock, or haven't made it past R&D as mentioned above.

CanMP5,

The biggest part was O2 sensor. I had a shop to drill a hole for the 2nd O2, and I had to order O2 simulator from casper electronics. AutoExe claims that the header will result in 8hp gain, but that is for 170hp Japanese Familia. I attached the closer look. The O2 sensor you see in this picture is not the one I drilled (a hole came with the header), the one I drilled is towards the end of the header.

The familia IS NOT 170hp. It's 170ps, which converts to somewhere between 163-165hp.

This looks to be the best..
I just called them and the guy said it has bungs for both o2 sensors, and a provision for the EGR valve. It eliminates only the first cat. Should bolt right on..

o.g.sk8er, be sure to let us know how the install goes :D
