Which header would you pick......

I can't wait another minute for HP or OBX to put out a damn header. So.....I'm getting the O2 simulator (search for 'O2 sensor Trickery'?) and buying one of two headers and modifying them. My question for you is, "Which one would you get and why?"

I've narrowed it down to either the AWR or the racing mazda header. I'm leaning toward the AWR b/c of a recomendation.

There are other headers that would fit that need to be modified, but I've heard bad things about them. ( Bosal, autoexe, mazdaspeed, etc..) Whether the rumors are true or not remains to be seen. What do you guys think? I'm willing to pay the extra dough for the best quality and best gain. I'm asking for it for Christmas so I need to decide fast. Aren't girlfriends great! .......nevermind don't answer that.

The bosal header will involve the same mods as the racing mazda header. The Mazdaspeed header is excelent has an EGR port but only has one O2 fitting. You do know that NOPI has IN STOCK i believe the APC header for 175 bucks right?

Yeah www.nopionline.com has a couple of headers listed for the 2.0L Protege. Check'em out before you decide. However I doubt anyone here could give you an idea of their quality.

I never noticed the APC header! I have their tail lights and they ........well......suck. When I do hear APC, I don't exactly equate it to quality. I actually get a inexplicable craving for rice!? Seriously though, I didn't even know they made performance parts like that. Do you think they even use a dyno to tune them? Does it need any modifications? Surely it couldn't be as high quality as the AWR or the Mazdaspeed? Could it?!
