Which exhaust should i get?

Since I'm just about finished tuning the suspension for my DSP MS3, the off-season plan is to add a little horsepower. I just ordered the Cobb DP and Mazdaspeed CBE last night. I know the Mazdaspeed CBE will not add any horsepower and it is more expensive than the Corksport, but I ended up getting a good deal on it through the Mazdaspeed Motorsports site.

I'm glad you pointed out that you will not add hp with that CBE. In fact there will be no discernable power gain with ANY CBE on this car until you get power north of 300 whp. The stock CBE flows that well. Unless you are very highly modded and tuned (typically only after being fully bolted and going big turbo), changes in the CBE are changes in appearance and sound. Of course, that may be what the owner wants, just don't expect to pick up any power.

I'm running catless dp/rp to address the restrictions where they really are, upstream of the CBE, which you are doing too, and those restrictions there are significant, but I've stayed with the stock CBE because it flows so well.

cnt exhaust

get a n CNT and a Hypertech for an extra c note or two. cnt plus hypertech cost me 700

Ditto 67K miles, WI salt 2.2 winters, still shinning and sound good, no hwy dron .
When I bought my car, the dealer had installed the Mazdaspeed CBE (along with the homelink mirror, the aluminum gas door, and a tint). The car was his showroom demo for all of the customizations he could put on the car. I absolutely love the way it sounds. It has a great burble, and it is totally drone free on the highway.

i have a 2008 speed3 gt, lately i finally start putting some aftermarket parts on my speed. i have already got a MS CAI on my car but thats about it.

now im thinking of getting a CBE on my car with in this month and a downpipe before new year.

so i am not sure which CBE should i get, im kinda choosing from borla, magnaflow or mazdaspeed, and i have no idea about the downpipe.

please help me out, thank u (naughty)

i got perrin from street unit . com and its been awesome for me..i got a MSP but still

Yeah everything I have read confirms that the stock CBE is not the limiting factor...but unfortunately the previous owner of my car decided to perform some redneck engineering to the part, hence I'm getting a new CBE to get the bobo parts out of it's system.
