Which exhaust brand is better - bosal or walker?

I know, I know, before you start into me, you guys are probably wondering why I'm comparing those two brands. The reason is the muffler on my '01 Protege just went bad, and I am looking for a dependable replacement that is as quiet as possible for cheap. I have the opportunity to get either the Bosal muffler for $90 shipped or the Walker muffler for $85 shipped. Both are brand new and direct fit.

My question is basically, out of these two brands, which would you consider to be more quality built and dependable? And please don't recommend a high-performance muffler like MagnaFlow - I am not looking for something loud or expensive.

Thanks in advance!

bosal quality has frankly really declined in the last few years. wouldn't put the stuff on my own car.

i don't want to get exhaust parts from a junkyard because they would probably be old and most likely rusted. So now I've got one vote against the Bosal. Does anyone have any direct experience with Walker mufflers? I am looking at their QuietFlow muffler, so I think it would at least be close to stock.

I've decided to go with the Walker exhaust. I have heard that it sounds close to stock, and that was what my local repair shop was going to install anyways.
