Which CAI should I got with?

Does anyone have any experience/preference when it comes to which CAI I should go with. I have looked at Greddy, AEM, K&N and injen I just dont know which one to go with?

Any CAI is the same. Piping with a filter.

I agree with them cai is useless unless you want somthin shiny. to answer your question though I think most people went with the injen

Well, they are not entirely useless. They sound good and will give you 2-4whp and you can get one, at a good price, in my GB (see sig).
