It seems; there is indeed peace in the valley of the small sedan owners, lately. This is nice! If anything; I have noticed bickering amongst 'Speed owners. :wtf: This should not be. This saddens me so. :'(

(I wish I had the extra cash, and a 3 car garage - I would have to have a Cooper S)

Greg: Will you still want a Mini Cooper S when I tell you that my Mazdaspeed on street tires beat an S on race rubber by over half a second at my 1st autox? The Mini still has an open diff and can't put the power down coming out of the turns. Think what you do on your twisty drive to and from work? You power out of those turns without even thinking of having to feather the throttle to maintain traction.

I looked at the Cooper S before buying my 'Speed, and even at 6'4", I could fit okay. 'Not as practical as the MAZDASPEED for me. I just think it's a cool car. (not that interested that it has Chrysler power, however :wtf: )

I like the idea that such a legendary car was resurrected.

Speaking of Auotcross; I am going to participate for the first time next month. 'Can't wait!

Oh, I am never far away. I met a MS owner here last Friday night, nice guy, I think he is the only one with the matching eyelids, lip and window spoiler in spicy orange. I can't remember now but I think it is Gyrospeed.

That is a really nice looking Road Bike! Very sharp!! I don't quite have 100 miles on my new Mountain Bike, and I still haven't been in the damn dirt! Ha!
