Question - replaced the catalytic (replacing) both bank converters at the manifold and bought off a common website - the oem numbers matched yet the new converters arrived and they look slightly different from OEM original and hence the heat shields with OEM will not work- can I fabricate my own?
Had anyone ran across this issue as they travel through life with the ownership of their 2007 CX-9?
Old ones next to new ones - appear to be of same length but the diameters seem smaller around and length of main portion is different as well. But overall they seem like they would work otherwise!
