I don't know if this is the right place to post this question, but where is the speed sensor located on a 2003 Mazda Protege LX Sedan?? I can't seem to find much on google.. is it hard to replace?
does your car have abs? If so the speed is read off those sensors. If you have a non abs car the vehicle speed sensor is on the top of the trans twords the back. On the abs cars it has a dummy sensor in the same spot
I have no idea if it has ABS or not as I just got it. I will have to look through the owners manual and find out. Thanks for the advice. Do you know if I would have to take off the wheel to access it? Or would putting the car on ramps work?
