where does the vacuum line from wastegate go

please pm me I eill give you all the information you need including special tools for the manifold. I will also give you the proper torwue spec's and tightening patterns required.

you will have to do a 8lbs torque tightening and then a 16lbs torque tightening. You will have to follow a certian tightening sequence and you will want this tool for dam sure it makes the job so much easier

and you will want a 1/4 toque wrench, you can get one from Harbour Freight for $25.00 or so...

I just bought a wobble extension today with no 12mm on the end but I have sockets at home. I thought that would make it easier. And a big adjustable wrench for the EGR valve. I just need a torque wrench and I think we'll be good to go. Thanks for the find. I bought some pb blaster too, I will soak everything tonight so maybe it'll be easier in the morning. Wish me luck and if everything goes good, I'll hook up the mpi on sunday and tune it some, If it's done monday I'll post pics.

I truly suggest you get that specific tool. I have been a part of many turbo upgrades and turbo conversions for Proteges and that has to be the best investment yet!!!

the wobble extensions are good, but you really need that specfic tool to proplery get to the bolt heads and make clearance in the manifold.

Thanks, I really needed that tool and it made it all happen in a matter of minutes. No if someone could help with the MPI, the turbo is on and fired right up, no leaks or anything wiating on MPI install and SRI install. If I have any questions about the MPI can I pm you? It looks intimaidating...

Just out of curiosity what HP do you think I would have at 9-10psi with 3" catless apex dp and 3" apex exhaust with fmic, MPI tuned?? Just wondering what to look forward to.
