Where do I get a replacement key and remote for a 2009 Mazda CX-7

Bought my CX-7 from a dealer with only one key/remote unit. Worried I will lose my only key.

Where is the best place to buy a replacement? I see some on Ebay. Does it have to be OEM.

Then where do I get the key cut and the remote programmed? How much will that cost?
