Whats your plans for your Mazda 3?

hey guys i just wanted to know the plans you guys doing fo your Mazda 3. i dont own one but my friend does.anyone dropped there car yet with H&R drop springs ? i told him to get the kenstyle kit when it comes out and he plans on getting some volks. this car is pimp!

Actually, if I end up with one, I want to keep it mainly stock. Maybe a catback, or rims.

I got lots of plans....
Sports suspension, steel braided brake lines, SCT tuning package if they ever crack the ecu, Marcymotorsports cam alignment tool, full exhaust with NO CATS, cold air intake, better tires, short throw shifter, and installing my system which I'm doing today.
H&R springs are still in devolopement, and so are the Progress springs.

Were excited to autocross it!! From there add a little growl, intake/exhaust. She had a jetta and it handled like crap, no power, so she is very excited for this summer' that we can both autocross our cars

No free turbo. Just free design and installation. ALL the parts would be at cost also.
Everything would be fully warranteed, including labor and the manufacturers remaining warranty on parts.
We would need the car for 4 weeks.
The work would be done out of the Wagner Motorsports shop in York PA. If anyone is interested let me know or PM me.

Nice car but how has it been reliability? I drove a 2K2 and loved it...so much torque!!!!!!!!! Hows it hang with the 3?

I have heard of some problems in the 02's, I had a pre-cat recall and ecm foam removel. Nothing major'

Looks style is fair' but yeah the instant tq/power make it fun to drive' how many N/A 4cyl. cars have more tq than hp out? That's what caught my eye 175hp and 180 tq !! One thing is a over sensative knock-sensor some guys are noticing on the dyno. Many w/ basic bolt-ons are making a good 160 range hp and 170 range tq at wheels! Header alone is 10+ hp and tq at wheels, best bang for buck..also no pre-cat then is big gain!

My wife's 3 S , goes pretty good, but it doesn't have the low-end pull. Kinda like a honda v-tec motor, the rpm's have to be up to go'

We are going to drag it and autocross it. I am very impressed w/ the 3 S's handling and has some big ol' brakes! I think the 3 S will pull good on the top-end of the 1/4. We will keep everyone posted once race season starts.

well my friends brother wants the whole autoexe kit instead w/mintblue eyelids, c/ f hood, volks, and probaly whatever looks good on the car. and a hot girl to go with it!hehe.

that seems like a bad deal... 4 weeks, and all you get is free design and installation.... first of all, you need someone else's car to do the design, so the donor gets what? a turbo that anyone else can get after u design it... you'll make a killing if you make a reliable turbo, where's the love to the person that makes it happen...
