What's your insurance?

$520.00 every 6 months with Farmers. (Over 40, old fart, clean DMV) BTW, I've tried all those on-line "we'll save you hundreds of dollars" ads they blitz you with, and it's not true. Geico wanted $700.00 every 6, and Progressive wanted $660.00. The Protege does carry high premiums, supposedly due to high parts costs.

I pay a little under 115.00 a month and that includes my renters insurance. I am with Farmers. I would highly reccommend them, they are the best insurance company I have dealt with so far.

I am paying about $1300 a year and I am 17. I am also on a policy with my parents where the mazda and the 01 crv is on full coverage and a 94 accord wagon is on liability. I am cover to drive all 3 cars so I think I have a good price for my insurance.

$1800 yearly insurance!

(canada)
$1800 for one years insurance(All Purpose), plus $54 for license. And current gas Prices 83.9 cents per litre. Be kind Depreciation!

$1300 a YEAR for a 17 year old and a new car??(omg) And you're sure that's not every 6 months??? What's your coverage? Is it fairly good, or bare bones?

And if you don't answer any of those other questions, do share what company this is. $1300 a year would be sweeeet. (thumb)

you guys get way better deals that i do,

24, male, single, 1350 / 6 months, PROGRESSIVE..... 500deductable full coverage
living in los angeles california... heard they have higher rates than other places

I would check out Farmers or State Farm insurance. They seem to be the best in my mind as far as $$$. I agree with "rusty.." that all those online insurance companies are a rip considering geico + progressive both quoted me $1900 for the same policy I got at Farmers for $960

full coverage on the Mazda and the CRV and liability on the accord. I think my insurance guy put me on full time with the accord and where my parents are on the mazda and the crv yet he told me that I can drive any car in the house since i am covered. Oh and the deductable it $500. Use to be $250 when I didn't have the Mazda.....

you guys got it EASY, i have to pay friggin $317CDN/month, full coverage on ONLY my p5, how GAY my stupid insurer is stupid meloche friggin idiot monex

Married, 30 year old w/homeowner's discount: $1,692.00 per year on a P5 and an '04 Saturn Ion through Allstate.

The best advice is to shop around. Do a ton of internet research. That's how I almost halved my costs by going with Hanover.
