whats the tq for cold side pipe

Man I have been going over the factory manual since you posted this and the intercooler must come from the factory with it already on it (I mean if you buy the intercooler separately as a replacement part). They do mention removing that piece off of the intercooler at all. Only if port c (the bottom of the cold pipe) is leaking to replace the whole intercooler.

But they list the torque rating on the bypass valve to be 70-94inch-lbs which has to be an air tight connection. So I saw if you stay in that range and tight them diagonally like:

1 3
4 2

I think that way you will be all set.

Edit - Proven wrong! haha

Well that's what I mean, the BPV has to be air tight so I'd say you will be safe with that.

Shows ft-lb in the factory manual. Why do you say its inch-lbs?

i know for a fact its inch lbs. 1 million percent positive. just think about it. u dont even tq ur wheel lug nuts to 94 ft lbs and the Bpv is soooo tiny bolts in alluminium

Looked again and some are written like this:
18.6-25.5 N-M
{1.90-2.60kgf-m,
13.8-18.8 ft-lbf}

and the torque rating for those bolts are written like this:
7.9-10.7
{81-109,
70-94}

And because some had the units and some didn't I assumed it was the same, until you pointed out the units on the bottom. So its unless otherwise noted, you use the units on the bottom. I fixed it and thanks for pointing it out.

At first I didn't notice the units on the bottom right so I was using the other to figure it out. Sorry about that. and good logic about the wheels, I would have stood stubborn until I thought about that.
