Did you install them yourself? If not, what did the local shop charge?

Hmm nice. As competent as I feel about working on my car, I don't think doing something like this is something I would be able to do. Anyone out there have a shop install their springs? Just curious what the going rate is.

i think a shop will say $100-200. mos def not worth it. thats another mod to buy.

the how-to's are easy to follow. just get a spring compressor to make your life a bit easier since it will be your first time and return it once you are donewith it
