What would you consider a good offer - going to the dealer tonight.

So I am supposed to see a dealer tonight about an 07 Briliant Black on black, Touring with asst package and DVD.

The MSRP is 38,907.

What would you consider a good offer from a dealer? Let's say no trade in is involved.

Thanks

For Touring and Grand Touring trims, people are paying Invoice or few hundred below, at best. I paid $400 below Invoice for a GT but that was almost a whole day worth of haggling, leaving the dealership, coming back, walking out again...long story!

For Sport trims, there is an additional $1000 MAC cash & for some reason, dealers are willing to deal better on the Sport trims.

For your specific model, MSRP: $38,907; Invoice: $35,610 <-- Anything below this number is a good deal, IMHO.

The closer you can get to invoice the better (not including any rebates or trade). I would be happy with invoice.

I know in the Pittsburgh area there are a lot of Sport models on the lots. Not many Touring and hardly any GT's.

I got this offer on a 08 Touring FWD with Touring assist, moonroof and sound and towing packages aqnd splash gaurds.
