what should i prop my hood with at the next show? or just take off the hood? i was thinking of painting my stock springs laser blue and using those...but im open to suggestions...nothing that costs money, just stuff that we have lying around :D

something CF or the spring idea i like that look most. esp if its colo matched you can hardly see it from a distance

i wish i had some good far shots but i dont, its what looks best. TJ- how the do DGM brackets work?

wow dude i think you just replied in the wrong thread, but thanks for the bump..

prop it up with the springs and do the custom hood thing that i do for the show...dont have pics of the setup but when i get my new cf hood, ill be doin the same thing and ill take pics of the setup and parts...check the sig if dont know what im talkin bout...

yea i saw that before, how do you get it to stay, etc...got any more pics or something you can show me or explain?

yes, i too would like to know how to prop it up as seen in sig picture! are they permanent, or just sitting on there?

ahh, i see now. i will be doing this once i get my vis hood, not like i compete with either of you.

i will post pics of the setup when i get my cf hood on again...basically it is a hinge on each side and i drilled a hole in each of the hood holders(where you bolt the hood on) and got the L shaped brackets to hold it up and the spring in front by the hood latch, ill see if got pics lying around....thanks

i like the barbie pr5owner, me and my buds found this barbie with heels and pulled her top down so you could see her tits. drew some mazda tats and nip's on her, pulled her skirt up real high and glued her upside down to this chrome rod like a pole. we stuck her up at a couple of shows and the judges loved it,(we titled her car show slut barbie!)lol
i too would be iterested in seeing how you hinged you hood, i am a little weiry to take my hood off and on so much being cf. i could just see the threaded nuts inside the hood breaking off like another member on this forum.
