What tires would you all suggest? for traction

i know about drag radials and all but im lookin for some great traction tires but that will last me longer then like 4 months.
i was thinking about the azenis's in 225/45/17.

I think they might rub a little though. I can't remember, but I think Scapamouche said he ran them before and they weren't great for my car. Maybe he can chime in here and offer some insight. I too would like to know what tires to move to next.

well the Azenis wear pretty quick if you are aggressive driver. I'd suggest Yokohama AVS ES100's

ima check these out...but on average of runnin 1 or 2 nights out of the week what do you think the azenis will last me.

what i was told when looking for tires:

the pradas are much better than es100's

pradas wear quicker = more traction
es100s last longer = less traction

i heard the es100s have a harder compound rubber

the Falkens would wear very very quickly. you have to come up with a compromise. www.1010tires.com www.tirerack.com both have really good write ups on all the major tires. personally when it comes to getting new shoes, i think im gonna go with some Toyo T1s or BFG G-Force KDW2. both have awesome traction and wear fairly well also.

khumo mx or falken azenis sports. I am going with mx's next. The falkens i have now are ridiculously good gripping.
