What should i do with Protege garage?`

Hey, whats going on,

Now i got alittle problem. i ordered my corksport catback exhaust from PG on the 8th of august. they said they shipped it out the 11th. they did not supply me with any tracking info but they did charge my credit card. today is august 31st and still no exhaust. i sent them multiple emails and no response back. i aslo called them and no one answered. it just rang rang and then went right to the answer machine. what should i do? should i file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back? i know for a fact that it doesnt take this long to ship an exhaust.. please any advice would be great
 
While I understand many people have had wonderful experiences with PG, I've not been one of them. It sounds like you are in the same boat I was in.

I ordered my Corksport CBE through PG because they offered free shipping on the product. I ordered on week 1, was promised delivery by the end of week 2. Week 3 came and went and no one would answer the phone or my PM's on this site. By the middle of week 4, I called Corksport myself and talked to Derrick Ambrose. We talked about the position I was in, he mentioned it happens a lot. He verified my information and sent it out that day, I had the product three days following that (the end of week 4)!

The only way I was able to get results, and eventually my product, was to call directly to Corksport and reason with them. Had I known I would have been sitting around for a month waiting for something I had already paid for, I would have purchased direct from Corksport and paid the $45 shipping. I wish you luck getting your exhaust. Hopefully if you call Derrick he can get you your product this week. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
 
Yeah man i saw they offered free shipping on the item thats why i ordered from them, but i think ill call corksport directly and see what they can do. do you have the number by any chance?

Please feel free to contact either of us and we will get you taken care of. Ken isn't that great an answering the phone/email and has had some personal problems to deal with in the past few weeks (illness)
