They are distributed through many local tire/rim stores. That's why you see them so often. Ugly.

What kind of wheels do people with good taste buy, isnt it just personal preference? I like the color scheme of the wheel not really the style of the rim though, its different from what everyone else has and they look nice on the cars that i have seen them on like some cops mustang and some lifted trucks

Yes in the end it all comes down to personal preference, do whatever you want to your car as you're the one who has to drive it. If you're trying to be different expect some people to disagree or even look down on you for it as you're going against the "norm".

Personally I think the rims are too bling for a compact japanese import like the protege, but if you like them get them... just remember to pick up a nice flame resistant suit when you do. (thumb)

There are similar style rims out there, but those are Koning. Look around, there are slightly altered versions of them if you infact like the style.
