What kind of mileage are you guys getting?

Trying to decide between a couple cars and the Speed3 (while unlikely due to price) is at the top of my list. I commute 50 or so miles a day so I need decent gas mileage. It's all highway with little traffic (one benefit of a 4am shift) LOL.

I suspect you'll get an honest 24-25. Mine isn't quite that good. 4am?! (wow)

24-25 on the freeway is the best I ever saw

4A~4P FTW

Nuthin nicer than a steady diet of bed by 8 and up at 2:30

I could see 29-30 mpg on the highways to work no problem in my MS3.
I can't drive that slow. I got just over 31 on the interstate during break-in. Haven't driven it that slow on the interstate since.

My average between city and highway right now is about 25.5 but in the warmer seasons around 28

What are you guys doing to figure up your mileage, are you dividing the distance between fill ups by the actual size of the gas tank ( which i believe is 14.5) or are you going by less since the light comes on at like 2 gallons left in the tank?

I fill my tank and use the trip computer to track the actual mileage, then divide that by the actual fuel replaced on my next fill up.

The trip computer isn't accurate enough. There is only one way to determine mileage: fill it absolutely full (which is not recommended), drive it, fill it absolutely full and do the math.

23-25 mpg varying between city and highway driving. Havent takin too many long hauls lately so not sure of the straight hw mileage

Best of 29- 32MPG in summer on Hwy , 25-26 around town. Winter that changes to 27 Hwy, 24 city. MSCAI, MSCBE

24 mpg for me (highway/in town) and im not real conservative, but i do use the cruise alot..I do the trip comp. also ..(not sure why MikeHTally thinks its not accurate enough, it is the actual mileage driven).. anyway my only power mods are an intake and Hypertech tune.

You're confusing the trip odometer with the trip computer. The computer has been shown to be inaccurate. And BTW, even the odo isn't dead on. It's a pinch optimistic.
