what kind of gas mileage does your p5 get?

i get between 10-14 city (stop and go traffic) and 28-30 highway (65-75mph)

my p5 is an auto with almost 170*** on the clock, and i have the following mods, simota cold air intake, obx header with wrap, vibrant performance high flow secondary cat, vibrant performance stealth muffler, 205/50/15 wheels, cf hood, tokico blues and rb springs, ngk wires, ngk long reach plugs and a oil catch can, i just installed the intake cam from the fsze motor hopefully i can install the exhaust this weekend and see if that does anything to my numbers

i usually get around 400-425 miles out of a tank of gas with a 5spd. only mod i have is a K&N air filter. run 87 octane and the environment is hot and humid.

I get 29-30mpg all highway 70-80mph with my new commute (40 miles one way). Best distance was just over 380 miles.

When I was doing a bit more city/stop and go with my old job, I would average around 26-27mpg. Check out my fuelly in my signature.

I do have the MP3 ECU and intake manifold and do run 91 exclusively with only Chevron or Shell gas. I also have pretty much all the power bolt-ons: 505zoom cold air box, pacemaker header, sls catted midpipe, and racing beat catback. I also have the 626 5th gear which drops my freeway RPM by about 300, and that probably helps the most.

well this week she did me proud guys 32mpg average! im semi-new to stick shift and i think i was goin a little too hard on er that last time round. but i did also do about 20% more highway miles as well. i also seafoamed and watched the idling time and speed a bit more. i also plopped into 5th on the 30mph side streets, yeah less power but 1,400 rpm at 30 is great for mpg! i also coasted quite a bit more. thats one thing i gotta get used to after driving automatics forever you forget you can easily coast in nuetral in a stick. the p5 can go almost a block and not lose but 1-3mph on a flat road! down hill i can coast 2-3 blocks at speed!

^ I'm the same way. I've only been driving stick since March and love idling while going down Mankato's many tall hills (mini mountains?) while I'm delivering. I think sadly the best I've gotten is 30 but I also slide into 5th at 30. I just seafoamed too and gave mine new plugs this week, so hopefully I'll start doin better. What's your car idling at? Mine's usually around 500, but if it's humid it tends to drop and almost stall sometimes.

think I can hit 400 miles? gas light flashed on then off. This was about 80% highway and 20% city. I know for sure im deff going to be getting 35mpg this tank. Im going to try and push for 400 on the way home from South Carolina.

I normally get around 280-300. But this is 95% city. Rarely ever drive interstate if ever. Kinda makes me mad sometimes haha.

I'm getting about 300 to 320 miles to a tank on a manny trans with aggressive driving habits. Usually fill it up at 13 gallons and was driving 50-50 highway/city miles. I also have removed the butterfly valves in the intake manifold since the screws were falling out and getting sucked into the valves which caused a hell of a headache. I mostly run premium gas but have been using mid grade a bit here and there. I did get almost 360 or so to a tank on the way back from Florida last Christmas, but that was all highway, on brand new tires and some drafting behind some truckers. Im pretty happy with what Im getting out of a tank of gas.

Alright. Seafoamed and new plugs, and found out two of my tires were underinflated. Got all of it taken care of and my mileage jumped from 23 to 28.5, both with mild to aggressive driving (aggressive being while I'm delivering, of course) in 95% city. If I tried, I think I could hit 30.

my wife commutes about 150 miles each day 6 days a week from central california to the bay area. a few steep inclines and has been averaging about 31-32 mpg. regular gas from costco, usually. I treat with Amsoil PI and run 10-30 xl. but am noticing oil consumption with no leaks.

I'm getting 26.4mpg, automatic, 50/50 driving, highway is at rush hour though, A/C on, 87 octane, hoping for 27/28mpg after the summer.

I get about 30 mpg if I drive conservatively. For the most part though, I don't. So I end up getting about 26 - 27 mpg 100% city on mid grade gas.

My last three tanks have been at 35.15 miles per gallon average. Almost all highway, I have a nice 40 mile commute to work at straight 55 mph. I think I could get near 40 mpg if I wasn't so lead footed on the few occasions I'm off the freeway.
