What I think about returning the favor is, in the end, he's going to remember what car he did something bad, and will come back after you!.

So maybe going with the police will be better.

If you definetely need something more rewarding, wait until the prick buys a new ride, then "fix it" in a way he can't later be told it was on purpose...

I would be carefull of what you do...he knows you yelled at him so if anything happens to his car, he's going to think of you...and you don't want anything worse to happen to your car.

OHHHHH get a valve stem remover, and loosen all the valve stems till about a 1/4 turn before they come out. He dirves down the road, and poof 1 goes, later the next, then the next.

I like the old, loosen the lug nuts trick myself...grab a tire iron and loosen them all the way, then give them a little nudge back into place...a few days later they will start to loosen up and if he doesn't check it immediatly, the wheel will fall right off.

This is the right idea. Dealing out a brutal beating would be far more fun but this is the best method for results. As long as you have another witness I doubt that it would be hard to even find a third witness to collaborate your claim. I would first contact the local authorites and see what they recommend then go from there. Make sure you call the cops sooner than later.

Agreed. What that guy did to your car is a criminal vandal act and you have a witness. Go to the local cops, give them the guy's license no. and find out what they say. If he's found guilty it will hurt in several ways - he'll now have a record and he'll have to pay out for the damage.

Apparetnly this guy , dosent have a parking pass, so guess what!?!?!

That's the problem with driving a car produced in limited runs. All it takes is one jerk in a limited production car to piss someone off on the highway. Then the person they pissed off will vandalize the first car they see that looks just like it. The car that gets vandalized is usually an innocent victim. I'm not saying this is what happened in this situation, but it's highly possible.

I talked to this guy.
He works in the ssame building I do.
I asked him why the **** he kicked my car, All he said to say was "Your alarm is so annoying" WTF? I said two things to him:
1. Well then why would you kick it to make it go off again?
2. Why didnt you talk to me and ask me to turn it down?
To number 2 he replied "well i didn't know who you were"
In responce I said to him, "I found out who you were"
Anyway I got this guys buisness card.
He admitted it, and I showed him the dent. He said he would pay for repair, and a rental car.
If he fails to do so, dont worry his car is still sitting out in the parking lot.
And no he wont know it was me who had his car towed.
