what is this?

i'm getting ready to build my custom turbo setup... just curious what this is... and how to bypass it once the turbo manifold is installed... it connects to the exhaust manifold and from following it as far as i could... to the intake manifold... (not sure though) is it some kind of exhaust return? like they have on most american cars?

It has to be some sort of emmissions crapola.Possble EGR tube?It is not where i would expect it to be if it is an EGR tube?It might also be some sort of cold start tube to help with combustion when starting and bringing a car up to temp in cold wheather.I dont have anything lite that on my MSP.

This is an educated guess.

sorry ForceFed you do have that on your car and it is the egr / emissions crap
suttonschinook ( 03 msp) ===== friend of mine was taking off his intake manifold to put the spacer on. on the intake manifold where that pipe connects wouldnt come off we bout rounded the nut. no luck
