What have you done to your P5 today?

How do I know if it got messed up? Oh and btw I'm using a spare egr valve bolt for bolt c since the bolt c snapped in half. Bolt B is 14mm right?
So that adjusts the belt tension? The belt feels over tightened. Trying to loosen it a little.

This is what I do. Use your index finger to FIRMLY press (not t0o hard but not t0o soft) on an open section of belt between two pulleys. If you get more than 1/4" of play, snug it up a bit.

I've been wanting to do something with my headlights but wasn't sure if they matched the wheels now. Considering either painting the inside with gunmetal chrome to darker the existing chrome, or painting it black and leaving chrome rings around the headlights. Wouldn't mind put bi-xenon projectors in the headlights and doing maybe a halo in the highbeam location. all up in the air right now
 
I just don't like that fake CF regardless of what it's applied to. Fake is still fake.

Waiting for Bondo to dry. Good to know the only rust spot on my P5 is about the size of a quarter. :D

+1 hopefully the carbon fibber days will go away just like all the other fads and the real stuff will come back..

and washed the P5 today, had a crazy amount of sand to remove under the car as well as in the fenders..
 
Window finally gave up and fell into the door today, so with the help of the mrs., window regulator and motor replaced

A lot of people use the CF vinyl for that look. And I'm not personally bashing you or anything, mate. I just don't see how neon is rice but fake carbon fiber is so widely accepted. But it's your car, if you like it then you should rock it. :)

Heck, half my P5 is rice. Because ricecar.
 
Greased the connections on the VTCS solenoids (per Cleverfrog's suggestion) and it knocked me down to one CEL code: P0660 (Bank 1). I'm assuming this means the solenoid is in fact shot. Other than that, I finished mounting the passenger side HID ballast. Doesn't look too bad now! :)
 
Looking to get a fs ze motor this weekend .. Boost build will b for it

do you have a DD for when you try and get that motor wired and running properly before you boost the high compression motor?
I'll have a dd.. And was just thinking that boost will not be the best option better off keeping it as is if Anything atleast better than the fs/de
