What have you done to your MSP today?

adjusted the sensitivity on the alarm box. Never touched it since I had the car and had no issues with it. Recently, since I've been home, the alarm goes off all the time, wind blowing, cars driving by...took a look under the dash to see the sensitivity was turned all the way up. Also noticed since the alarm has been going off all the time, only one of my hella supertones is working and can't figure out why

I had those before and I have also heard that the iridium ones are not really great for our cars, but my friend at autozone said that the platinum ones are great for all boosted cars, he has them on his evo he just rebuilt, so I have been trying them out since my old v-power ones crapped out finally, they worked great and everything but so far I think the platinum ones are just as good if not a little better and they will last a lot longer and are like $12 or something like that.. maybe a little more but either way they last longer, should give them a shot if the v-power doesn't work out too well, just keep the v-power ones off to the side in the box for now and you can use them if the platinum ones go bad or something
 
I pulled my plugs the other day because i'm pulling the head and I thought I had ZFR6F but apparently I had the Iridiums after all, ZFR6FIX-11. Oh well the car ran just fine with them but I may change it up after reinstalling the head.
 
Went out to let her eat, and messed with the boost and methanol settings a little. Was running a bit rich so I backed the meth off a bit, and turned the boost up a few psi. Methanol kicks in at 5psi, goes 100% at 14psi. Boost is spiking 14psi, holding 10. Yeah, I know, big spike, lol.
 
Did the clutch SS line last weekend ... lazy to install BC this weekend ... guess thats up for next weekend

Any one has had ichiba wheel spacers ? I'm trying to get 12mm ichiba spacers but no luck on ebay or amazon.
 
Do you have an insert in the SSQV? I miss driving my damn MSP, it's only been down for about 4 days I just haven't had time to finish taking the head off. All that's left is to remove the rest of the head bolts and pull it off.
 
Yeah I'm pretty sure I have the purple insert, I'll have to look though, you just made me realize that I forgot to put the circular tri-spoke piece back in when I detached the recirculation fitting, who knows; maybe thats the sound difference I'm experiencing?
 
But either way Hornsfan, I knowwwwwwwwww what you mean about missing your car, I went about two months w/o mine a while ago... Good luck with everything...

that circular tri-spoke piece IS the insert.
