What have you done to your MSP today?

i would like to do that with my down pipe and exhaust mani, how much was it if you don't mind me asking?

test drove and the tourqe steer is gone! i'll have to keeep my eye on that bolt, if the nut is striped i'm screwed

An MS3 sedan would be sick as hell. I think getting rid of the Protege name was somewhat silly anyhow. I mean, honestly, the 3 and the Protege are not all THAT different. Well, ok, I know they are (please for the love of God don't list every nut and bolt that's different). My argument here is that look at the Taurus. It's changed drastically in size and engine over many years, yet, it still a Taurus. It even added AWD eventually (in the new SHO). Take the Civic. It got grossly huge in recent gen's. It's even gone through a wagon stage and came out alive. And it sells like mad.

So how is that different from saying the 3 is just a slightly bigger Protege with a better engine?

There is a guy locally that had a shop do the whole MS3 swap into his sedan. My buddy in aero worked there and I saw it in person. 15k for parts, labor, install and everything.

Well no finial price yet waiting on the quote, but anywhere from 200 for Meh quality to 300 for great quality. The mani is the most $ thing :( (thats for all of the things im getting done)

Mazda did a marketing overhaul... Not very hard to see why they did it. Silly Dale.

Well, there is a good friend of mine that has a 3 sedan with full speed 3 interior, suspension, brakes, 500whp turbo build...he is working on a 4wd setup right now...so I wasn't sure how far this guy went...

getting ready to replace my water return elbow so I can get rid of this annoying leak that just started causing my car to overheat. So...here are the chain of events over the past several weeks: put fsze cams in, car gets smashed by tree branch during heavy storm, car goes to shop, car repairs finished, I installed AEM UEGO ready to do some WOT pulls, car starts overheating and leaking. If it isn't one thing, it's another with these cars(I already knew that) Luckily I had a spare elbow still in the package that I got from Mazda

i think the rear would rub, it would depend on the offset

I didn't know what tire to use so I just use the same stock tire(i think?) 215/40

wheelimage.php

stock vs new
Diameter 603.8mm 629.2mm
Circumference 1896.9mm 1976.7mm
Poke 33.9mm 64mm

I personally don't know if you'll be able to do it without camber n such.

I could get small spacers and roll the fenders if that is all I would have to do. I just love the look of those wheels. I could also run a real low profile tire if I had to

You sure about that? I know you have similar but that .5" might be enough to be a pain in the ass with the (roughly) 9-10mm more poke.
