What have you done to your MSP today?

got my hood one step closer to going on,

2.0t03speed did you have any trouble with your xc hood fitting?

refilled oil in the msp until my next oil change... which will be next week... had to refill cause i drove about 1200 miles this weekend... Import Alliance/Nashville/Gatlinburg..!! all over Tn!

will 02 P5 wheels fit the msp? I may have found a cheap set to use for winter wheels and I am hoping they will fit. They are five lug but I know there is more to wheel fitment than that.

I love the sub but my stock sub was blown when I bought it so I can't really compare. Judging by the build quality of the kenwood, it was garbage from the get go. I am used to a 10 or a 12 but wanted to save space in the trunk so this was the only option without going fiberglass or a crazy project. Keep in mind, I am not very handy with wood so I just guessed. The I cut it out of 5/8" MDF and just traced the old sub for the outside diameter and an old paint can for the inside diameter. It didn't fit at first but just used a jigsaw to trim off little by little. I have all the tools in the world but can not cut a circle for the life of me.

Here is what I did today, only one door and then it started pouring the rain. I was going to put the removable tweeter in the factory tweeter pod but it is way to big, I would have to remove one of the mounting points for the panel. I don't like the way it looks but you will never see it and it sounds great! Factory speaker was 4 ohm and had the included tweeter and this component set is also running at 4 ohm so I left the factory tweeter in place. I plan on installing a JL 300/4 amp on the doors and a 250.1 on the 8".

Also, replaced my driver side door seal since it was damaged and got on my nerves. My oil dipstick was broken and I replaced that today too!
