Well DUH. We're trying to save paper silly. That reminds me of a geography professor I had in college. He gave us a link to a website with some maps on it so he could "save paper" by not printing a bunch of copies and handing them out...but he wanted us to print them out at home, fill them out, and hand them in...who is the ******* professor here?

lmfao only thing that was saved was his effort to print them out and deal with handing them out. or well it did save the school some paper.

Installed the Thermal exhaust w/MAM midpipe. Im lovin how it sounds. Now i need a 02 sensor extension. Anyone know where i can get it?

I've spent like 4.5k give or take a few hundred in the past 1.5yrs. I still need to take care of the entire suspenion(structs, f&R sway bar bushings), motor mounts, exhuast leak(axel back, on my 4th set of exhuast hangers(these should be giving any time now).... not to mention fixing other little stuff here and their. I expect the turbo to go out next.... 88K currently.

Yeah, that's what I was worried about also, as mine had over 100k and from as far as I could tell, still running on the stock turbo. I think when the timing belt broke over a 100 miles away from home, that was the last draw. So had it replaced and decided enough was enough.

ouch that had to hurt... i bet that repair bill was stupid high! On a side note their is a local guy with 141k-ish miles on his msp and on the orig turbo still without any major issues with his msp other then rear sway bar bushings.

I'm currently clocking 94K... and honestly, shes runnin as good as ever. aside from blowing the diff, my MSP has been great to me for 26K miles now.

I think buying these cars used is like buying a used evo... you know its been beat all to hell and back. So who knows if you will have a ton of issues or not.

im at like 165k miles and so far im on the stock turbo and the seals recently started laking. and as far as i know its the same lsd. in the past 30k miles ive had it, ive had to do the rear bushings, alternator, wheel bearing, wga, and outer tie rod ends mainly because the last two owners didnt take care of her. so its all been mantience stuff for me.

and as for me i drove from st augastine fl to fort mill sc in 5 hours and 15 minutes. its normally about a 6.5 hour drive ;)

that was the one saving grace of my car... I knew the previous owner.. I knew it had never been winter driven.. I knew he was a bit of an idiot, but that he took pretty good care of it, other than the stupid paint fade lines from his "custom" ricer vinyl, the wrong rear rotors, the wrong offset wheels, the shredded rear mount...

yeah ok, he was an idiot.

yeah, I've got a WGA on order now, rear bushings have been done, and I think I'm in for an axel shaft finally... stupid ass who put in my diff knicked the boot... and its finally starting to go over a year later. I guess I'll take it. lol

I havent had too many issues with mine either. The only thing i can remember is the squeaky rear bushings. Which was a cheap replacement. Ive had the car for the past 25k and im more than happy. Shes a blast to drive. Ive been told that there was a new engine dropped in my car so im not sure the exact mileage. But i do all maitence work accordingly. (shrug)

I had a serious feeling that my MSP was beat up terribly. Ran like a champ for about a week after I bought it, then it just started falling apart. Broke down on me on 3 separate occasions; 2 of them I was able to revive it and limp home, but this last time cost me over a grand all together. I really loved the car, and if I had the luck you guys have had, I might still be in it. Unfortunately I had one of the unreliable ones though. :(
