What have you done to your MSP today?

Whats it matter if its stick on or actually made of cf? You wouldn't even be able to tell the difference and its not like you're actually getting any kind of weight savings from a "real" cf surround. lol.

.you can tell a difference.. and because it took some real skills to pull it off. that's why.

i don't doubt the quality of the CF, it's just too much for my taste. i'm not big on CF but i think it definitely looks better on the outside of the car in general.

I just wanted to see what people thought about 35 series. I know the dude from Spain and hwyufo are running 35 series. I think 40 will be perfect. I think 205 is too small of a width. I would prefer 215 or 225.

215/35 here. It's hard to tell how harsh of a ride they are cause I'm also on the Ksports. I don't mind it though but I'm sure my back will in a few years.

Yeah i'm the Spanish Dude that is running 215/35/18 Nankang Ultra Sport NS-II shoes on RX-8 18X8 Wheels lol lol lol lol.. i love my 35 Series tires my car feels awesome atleast i like the way it feels and performs. i also think 205 is not wide enough, when my tires are gone i'm going to put 225's or 235's with 15mm Spacers and 35 or 40 profile tires to gain a bit of more grip, but til today i'm happy with what i'm currently running...

mazdaspeed2oo35 is on 18s, is ufo? that would explain loser profile...

It's finally done today, after a month of doing research, getting parts, returning things that need not have been returned (I'm really tired of watching tracking numbers and waiting for fedex/u[s, now), my MSP's first major upgrade/overhaul/tune is done.

Now installed and working wonderfully are the following: GT28RS, CustomMSP SMIC, Turbohoses Hardpipes, Front and rear AWR motor mounts, and AWR side motor mount inserts.

Running at 7psi controlled with a manual boost controller, stock exhaust (ran out of money for the time being), and stock ECU, my MSP made 201hp with a very nice curve (that I cant show yet because my scanner aint working at the moment) and nice rich A/F to protect my soon-to-be-forged-but-currently-not internals.

The urge to turn up the boost and make more, easy hp is pretty strong but I've done enough research to know that I'm not gonna even think about that until I've built up the engine internals a bit.

cool, let us know how the SMIC holds on on heatsoak with the bigger turbo, would be interested to see what the difference is with a bigger turbo
