yea theres a shield over the bulbs to control the light. i was just saying color temps have been discussed thousands of times, but nothin offensive.
Or you could lick my taint cause I think P5 lights are ass. Even if they provide better lighting for HID's.
Mine will be up on jack stands yet again tonight. I need to take the driver's side rear wheel off so I can sand down the rust spot and treat it. Then I need to drill out the passenger side bottom sway bar bracket nut. The threads on the nut stripped out and I was able to get a thinner bolt through it to attach the bracket, but that bolt is moving around and making noise. So now I have to drill the nut out, put a thicker bolt though, and hope that holds up. If that doesn't work, I might order a new rear crossmember from Mazda.
I did do that, only the other way around. Nut + washer inside the crossmember, bolt + washer + lock washer through the bracket. It's clinking right now when I go over bumps. Might be something else, but I'm betting it's that. I'm just going to drill the crap out and see where that leads me. New crossmember isn't too pricey if I end up buying a new one.
HID's are currently being sought. I have a place to get them I am just wondering on what temp I want and whether I need bi-xenon or regular. I was told normal HID's will make me sans high beams since I have a single headlight housing. Is this correct? Also, would bi-xenon bulbs eliminate this? Lastly, what's a good temp for not attracting cops but giving me that HID look?
