stock with cutout for the win! i have a 2.5 inch downpipe with a open cutout and it rocks, its so deep and sexy!

hmm looks like the apexr1 i have now only you have a cat. is yours 2.5"?
how do you do a cutout? is it really hard?

well the one i have is made into my custom midpipe but its easy. all you have to do is replace the mid pipe. but i have a electric cutout if you go with one of those then you have to wire it up in your cabin. still not very hard to install.
i have sound clips if you want to see.

i love my cutout. Very easy to install. two years and not a single problem with it.

Yesterday I pulled my side motor mounts and filled them w/ epoxy... Haven't had a chance to start her up yet, just have to put back in the passenger side mount.
The passenger mount was starting to ripp.. bad ass mounts.

anyone here have any problems with protegegarage before? I ordered brake pads from them a little over a week ago and I was told they would be here yesterday, they are closed for holiday but I have talked to ken because my account never updated from "processing" I have off monday but only in the morning and was planning on putting pads on then. I didnt even get a tracking number so I have no f'ing clue where the hell they are, any help would be appreiated

kens customer service isnt the greatest in the world ill leave it at that
I talk to ken everyday almost. Ive never had an issue with his service (theres a been a few times when others were doin his cs for him, and things didnt get answered).

The only reason im saying anything is that I start school again this week and I desperately need pads, he had the best price. I think I will wait until monday before I contact him, If they are not here on monday I will definately take you up on that offer.

i got a car cover today =)
The downpipe is 2.5" and the exhaust is 3" I do believe.. The cat was added before I bought the car (ie: d/p was cut and cat welded in)..
