How much was the w/s?

$182 installed at my house or even my work plus tax. I am sure I coulda found one cheaper, maybe not installed, but I have been driving with it broken since like June or some s*** and i was paying my insurance online yesterday, Geico, and they had a link for windshield claim that I just now noticed so I went through it and it just started scheduling me for an appointment , they even were trying to have me do it yesterday at 3:30 and I mean I was just doing this at like noon. So I was pretty impressed and the company, Safelite Autoglass, looks very good so I continued it and they'll be out today. I am actually very happy I am finely doing something about it. That company is nation wide and will drive to you, which might be pretty regular in teh windshield business i don't know, but there is a used windshield place where you can get most for $99, i guess I'd rather pay extra to have them come to me and get a new windshield.

Thats not bad. I was wondering what they cost in the first place. I need one for a focus, not my car but never knew how much they go for.

Getting some H.I.D'S very soon for the free, and I just got 4 steelies 15''- or 16's not really sure yet for the free painting them yesterday and today put on the gloss coat(I don't know what it is but I'm good at spray painting wheels that actually look professionally done, did the racing harts black and all I get is "damn thats spray paint, that looks really good."
Then in two-three weeks I'll order the steedspeed mani. Could be next week that I order the mani but you know how job's hold your first paycheck. Damn it.

I know how you feel. I've got the catless Apex j/midpipe and 2.5" piping all the way to the axleback. So much nicer driving on the freeway!

I was thinking about turning the WGA the other way because I feel like putting the MBC back on and want a shorter vacuum line. I'm not really feeling how the pipe on the WGA is facing the ground.

Started the beach up after removing the afc v3 to get modified. I basically installed the jet-hot'd 626 mani, medieval pulleys, and afc.....but was never able to drive her since the afc wiring diagram was incorrect.

The drive was smooth and felt a tad bit more responsive, but the ECU is still adjusting cause the rpm's at idle were a little sporatic. Other than that, the Jet-hot coating and phenolic spacers on the intake mani, made it cool to the touch even after the 20 minute drive.

Wait, so you had your AFC V.3 modified and put back on?

How is the car now? I'm getting the V.3 in the spring and I'm trying to get some feedback from people who have it.

well since the horrible blizzard of 08 hit Atlanta yesterday I was unable to get my new windshield, so hopefully I'll have it down at work sometime early this week.

Lol, yea Texans dont like this kinda weather. As far as i know, we need to send back the units to get "modified".....if it was the diagram, im sure they could just let us know the corrections. So apparently its something they didnt do at all to the units so it could run properly. Split Second got a v3 running on 'PlatinumMSP's car, so they know what they need to get fixed.

Pisses me off....i installed some goodies, but i cant see how well they work because of this retarded weather. I have to half throttle the b**** to get a small taste.

Turned the WGA around so the nipple is facing the hood and not the ground. Put the MBC back on (hose is now 4 inches from the WGA to MBC) and running 9-10psi'sh. Feels so much better!

i was at walmart (not by choice its really all we have close) and i found this lil doodad that costs 4.99 and u stick a 9volt battery in it, it goes in the cig lighter and it keeps your settings while you change batteries, or whatever. What a genious idea. I dont know how many times i had to re EQ my radio due to resetting ecu/battery (if u mod msp's you know how often this is)

yea it was next to the replacement battery cables/terminals. Ill post the brand/model when i get home. I was so excited they made this. it actually works too. Not sure how but it does. (i know the battery somehow provides volts i just didnt know the cig lighter was a 2 way deal)
