What have you done to your MSP today?

Installed SLS front and passenger side mounts. Got the old ones out and holy lord, the side one was COMPLETELY SEPARATED from the upper portion. Slightly more vibrations at idle, but VASTLY decreased movement during shifting, acceleration, ect. Totally happy with the mod. 85k miles, and I doubt that they had ever been looked at.

Now, to get a downpipe and vibrant, the real reasons I got the mounts in the first place....

Got off my ass and peeked into my closet-full-o-goodies this morning....

Noticed the Krank Vents sitting in the corner, so i felt that would be an easy install to do on a saturday :) Also saw the AWR sides mount inserts, but thats too much work for me today......im lazy.

Krank Vents are in though! So ima go see how the car runs, Peace!

i wore down a bit of rubber after 5 runs in autox today. im no match for the other kids in SM, especially on street tires.

Installed new AWR Front and rear motor mounts. Hopefully tomorrow when I have more light I'll get the side inserts in.

Now I have rumble rumble to go with the gobble gobble.

Washed, polished, and waxed it after 2 straight weeks of torrential rain... Car looks gorgeous. The storm clouds rolling in are the icing on the cake.

ditto. since its just sitting there on ramps. sad.
Haha, I am in the same situation, except no ramps yet. Im doing my roof and siding on house and garage and have no time yet to tear out the junk axle. But at least my babies get a brand new garage to park in!

********** rear motor mount, and rear sway bar bushings, Unichip and boooooossssssssst controller, Weapon R intake and FIXED my Kenwood deck.....no s***.

removed badges and sticky s*** that comes with them, and prepped for a DIY hole-filling session tomorrow, hopefully paint on by tomorrow night. I think im going to attach the 'Protege' badge to the front grill on the right side, it's tied there now and looks pretty sweet. got new spark plugs too, the BKR7E's + fully synth. oil change. tinted tail lights go on later this week -- i'll be sure and post pics of everything; hopefully i don't f*ck up the trunk too bad with my patch job.

How much boost u pushin?

I had the BKR7E's and my car ran like complete crap for months and couldnt boost past 8psi. I threw in the ZFR7F-11 which are the extended plugs and 1 step colder.....the car is a totally different animal now. Boosting 10-11 psi w/ the Unichip and getting nice AFR's. Dont gap past .030

Yea, they did wonders for me. There pre-gapped at like .040 so you'll need to press em in closer. Also, nobody had any in stock and some said that they didnt exist....Just give them the NGK part number 2975 and they should find them that way at any O'reillys and AutoZone.

are you for real? Maybe i need a return trip then... I talked to Cullen at the forbidden forrest and he said the BKR7E would be my best bet. I was skeptical but he would know a hell of a lot better than i. Right now im ~7psi but im tuning the Unichip very soon to 10-13psi. Ya'll think i should go with the ZFR7F-11? What should i gap at?

Throw em in and give em a shot, your not running much boost right now. But when u up it to 10+, id do the extended plugs with a gap between .025-.030
