What have you done to your MSP today?

Spray can ftw. Did them myself with the rattle can stuff from advance auto

I know you posted a pic but did this method turn out good in the end? Cause that's way cheaper than actually painting them. Of course, I suppose I would need some loaner wheels cause you probably don't want to paint the rim while the tires are still mounted huh? Does that rattle can s*** last long on an exterior item that's open to all the elements?

Also, at last night's Mall of GA Mazda Meet, I scored myself a Mazdaspeed Oil cap in silver. Apparently the dude owned a Speed6 and bought that cap and it doesn't fit his car. He said it was for a Protege, so I popped the hood, slapped that sumabitch on there and boom-shaka-laka... I got me two mods now!

- Tokico Illuminas - Check
- MS Oil cap - BIG CHECK!!! lol
- KLZE engine swap - only a matter of time... lol

worked great for me i thought they turned out pretty well and besides an occasional rock chip or something of that nature it all held up. The nice thing is if it does chip you can always touch it up.. and your right this is much easier done by dismounting the tires first.

Chrome set? From the RX? Hell it's not what I want on my car but if I decide to paint them in the near future (which if you have a spare set lying around might be soon) I might take you up on that.

is that a rust converter or what? Did you scuff the rust down with a wire brush/wheel or anything?

All I have done is brushed on this ospho stuff with a paint brush. It's a rust converter/metal treatment, like $11 from Ace Hardware. The undercarriage of the car has already been treated by Zeibart, they just missed some spots obviously. Once I get done treating the parts of the car I'll hit them up with a coat or two of Rustoleum paint and see how that holds up.

I just got 150$ back from medieval... I wanted those light weight crank and powdersteering pullies.... Now I wont get them :( Atleast I got my money back.

"Kyle,

its easier than it sounds man, its an accessory belt pulley. anything holding that water pump in, just unbolt (i suggest you get new bolts for the wp) and bolt on the new one. put the pulley back on and the belt. done.
