i sold my roof rack within 10 minutes of putting it up for sale on here. got paid, shipped it out, buyer received & was happy.

i'm going to dunkin donuts this morning and see there is a yard sale going on in my neighborhood so i figure why not check it out real quick.

FML, this must be a sign something doesn't want my car to run. What ever it is, I don't know. Recap of the last couple of days: After 2 months with removing and installing the intake manifold and doing everything I can think of to get the car running, it finally runs. But, on the first start, I noticed one of my injectors is spraying fuel everywhere. No big deal, at least I know what it is. So, I go to the nearest parts store just to here they don't have any o rings in stock and it would take up to a week to get them...no thank you, I wanted the car to run that day. I went to every other parts store in the area and got the same story, FML. Then, I remembered a friend had a set of 440's he has been trying to sell me. Called him two nights ago and he said he would bring them yesterday...but he never showed up. I called again and he said he realized the 440's never even had o rings on them since he got them used, FML again. Then, I said screw it. I was just going to go to the local junkyard since they have a few proteges there and just snag the rings off the injectors on one of them today. Well, as long as we have went without rain here, I wake up to the sound of rain beating down the top of my house...FML once again. I already ordered a set of rings a couple of days ago and they will be here Tuesday. But as long as my car has been down, I wanted to try my hardest to get it running ASAP. But after all that, Im still waiting and the car still sits. So hopefully this will be my last time saying this, the car will be on the road soon!!!

OAN: what the hell is going on here? It seems like the spamming is getting worse and worse. Security measures need to be increased or something. Maybe proof of Mazda ownership, questions about their purpose on the forum or something. Hell, maybe all new members should be approved first instead of just registering and getting an activation email.

I hate my dumb, redneck employees...
"I bet that car (06 STI with obvious aftermarket parts) would beat that Mazda in a drag race."

A.) Yeah, no s***- off the bat it's got 130hp more than my car.
B.) It's AWD giving it just a little more of an advantave over my now open diff, FWD car.
C.) Drag racing is the gayest s*** ever.

How much you guys think I could get for my car with no motor or trans? 62k miles on it. Would be back on MSP suspension, and steelies.

Over the past two weeks Ive been troubleshooting the car because it didnt want to run. A couple hundred bucks and a few headaches later its almost running 100% (Having a hard time finding a vacuum leak) Decided to get away from the mechanical side and clean the car up, polish the headlights, Bought a new replica front mazda badge and painted it white since some A-hole decided theyd like to have my old one, added a few decals including a few from mazdas247, bought a new amp, fixed my sound system, and removed the old original cracked and splitting pinstripes. The car is currently in my garage on jack stands. Taking the wheels to get them powdercoated Monday hopefully. The bronze looks good from a distance but it starting to chip and flake bad due to the paints age. Im going with white to tie in the black and white theme im going with. Also hoping to pull of the front bumper and finally get around to trimming my crash bar to make my IC core sit more flush. I have a lot going on, and it feels good to be working on the car again. I was caught up for awhile on another forum with my sport bike, but Im done for now and happy to regain focus on the protege.
