What have you done to your MSP today?

Prob just s line of credit. Most banks don't care what it's for If Less than 10k. They just charge you compound interest until you pay it off.

Still better than your crazy 30% credit cards haha. That should be illegal.
Happy with my 9% heh.

Go look for the duplicolor auto sprays. I used them for my interior and custom pillar. Lots of colors.

I'm happy with my Debit card.

So I want to do something with the valve cover now that I took off the plastic one since it interferes with my vacuum block. I was thinking polished, but now I'm kind of leaning towards a simple black powdercoat to match my FMIC setup that still is not installed lol. I think either would look pretty cool, but regardless where / how should I go about doing this?

Polished: Should I do it myself? Or is it better to just pay somebody else or buy one already polished?

Powdercoat: More expensive than polish? Should I go with glossy black or flat black?

thanks.

edit: Do the valve covers that say "Mazda" and "16 valve" fit on the MSP if I take out the bolts to hold the plastic cover on?

If you're gonna do the valve cover, I'd have it professionally done; and you don't have to choose glossy or flat; they have a bunch of choices in between. Flat looks dull and is harder to keep clean; glossy shows every scratch and defect. I'd shoot for somewhere in the middle and/or look to match the fmic setup. Take a piece with you to show the shop.

Or here's another thought... move the vacuum block back to the firewall so its not in the way and put your plastic cover back on. Thats the cheapest, cleanest way.

This is exactly what I want, and I wish I had been looking for it when I saw his thread the first time a few months back. It is ForceFed's batch of powdercoated valve covers. Already PM'ed him to see if a miracle would occur and he still has one.

My FMIC setup is just spray painted black so it's nothing fancy, but I think it will look loads better than my current setup:

Also, I originally thought that putting the vacuum block on my sway bar looked a bit ghetto, but it has really grown on me. Yea it interfered with the plastic cover, but the mazdaspeed badge on mine was faded and it just looked too bland.

when i get my red seal i might be able to live off the debit card heh.. most of my car s*** will be gracing the credit card. though i dunno what i'm gonna build yet. a forged fs or a built kldet.
Gonna get an engine stand and start on a motor this year though as my msp passed 100k last month.

Lol yea my wallet is getting hammered by my list of s*** that needs fixed. I don't feel like explaining it all here, but you can check the thread in my sig to see just how serious I am when I say...my car is ****** up.
